Former Tottenham player Son Heung-min is being considered as one of the options for Milan in the winter transfer window. The Korean forward is reportedly keen on a loan move to a European club to better prepare for the 2026 World Cup.

After a decade at Tottenham, Son moved to LAFC in the MLS last summer, where he has already scored nine goals in his first ten games. However, the MLS season schedule is different from the European season, and after the regular season ends in October, the team has a long break, which is not very conducive to preparing for this summer’s World Cup.

That is why Son wants to return to Europe on a winter loan, following the example of David Beckham, who went on loan to Milan before the 2010 World Cup to keep fit.

According to transferfeed.com, AC Milan are among the top contenders to sign the Korean on loan if LAFC agrees to let him go on a temporary basis. Options are also being considered with a return to Tottenham or a move to a club in South Korea.

We will remind you, Son Heung Min played a total of 454 matches for Tottenham, scoring 173 goals and providing 101 assists.
