The French Club Saint-Etienne has announced signing a contract with the Portuguese defender Juan Diog Fonseka Ferreira. The 24-year-old footballer moved from the English Wtford and concluded an agreement by 2029. He became the fifth summer newcometer.

Juan Diog Fonseca Ferreira is a pupil of Benfika Academy, where he made his debut in his professional football at the age of 19. Throughout his career, he rented Vermarinesh, Rio Ave, and also had time to play for Italian Udinese and Portuguese Braga, where he played 32 matches last season, including 6 in the Europa League.
