“Messi is the chief. Runi and other such players,” Palmer admitted, talking about his football idols.
He also explained why the 10th number is important to him:
“It’s just a cult number. I wore him all my childhood and I just like it.”
Separately, Palmer commented on a possible conversation with his team partner Mikhail Mudrik, who belonged to the “ten” in Chelsea:
