The new contract with 19-year-old Ukrainian was calculated by the end of 2028. In the club system of “white-blue” the player is at the age of seven.
During the current campaign, Ponomarenko participated in 25 youth matches of the capital club in all tournaments, marking 20 goals and three assistants. In particular, with eight productive blows, Matthew became the best scorer of the UEFA-2024/25 Youth League.
For the main team of Kyivans, the performer spent five matches, writing one, debut goal for Dynamo in UPL.
