In 2025, a project of professional training of women for specialties, traditionally considered “masculine”, started. At the request of the employer The State Employment Service selects candidates, organizes their training, and after completing the courses, the employer necessarily hides a woman to work. The State Employment Service on September 12 was published about it.

The project covers 31 specialty. Businesses can apply for personnel needs online or directly at the local employment center. The specialists of the service form a list of candidates among those who expressed the desire to master the appropriate profession.

Women who are in search of work have the right to respond to the employer’s offer or to declare their readiness to study through career consultants.

Documents Required:

• passport;
• RKOKPP (identification code);
• Education document.

The key condition: the graduate is obliged to start work, and the employer guarantees her employment within 15 days. Participation in the program provides compulsory participant insurance. In addition, the woman has the right to elect a school from the approved list.

The order of action:

• The Employment Center makes the decision to study and submits an application to the selected institution;
• The educational institution confirms the possibility of courses, establishes the date, duration and format of training;
• After concluding the contract with the participant, the institution provides the center with a copy of the agreement, calculation of value, details of the account and detachment of the referral.

The employment center is paid for. The basic cost of training – 30.2 thousand UAH. If the actual price exceeds this amount, the difference is covered by the employer or the participant himself. The maximum term of study is up to 10 months.
