The match between Shakhtar and Brest in the seventh round of the 2024/25 Champions League will be judged by the Swiss referee Sandro Scherer, the official UEFA website reports.
On the lines, he will be helped by compatriots Stefan de Almeida and Jonas Erni. The duties of the fourth referee will be performed by Lionel Chudy. The VAR team will be made up of Switzerland’s Fedayi San and Rob Dieperink from the Netherlands.
Nominally, Shakhtar’s home match against Brest will take place in Gelsenkirchen on January 22. The meeting starts at 19:45.
Shakhtar is 27th in the table, Brest is seventh.
