David Alaba could play for the first time in more than a year.
“He is fine. Yesterday he played 40 minutes in training, the feeling is good.
Of course, he needs to find a rhythm, but the knee is responding well. He won’t be in the starting line-up, but he can get some minutes,” said Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti.
The Austrian defender last played on December 17, 2023.
Real Madrid will play their next match against Las Palmas on January 19. The game will start at 17:15.
