Rivne Veres will prepare for the second half of the season in the Ukrainian Premier League in Turkey. This was reported by the press service of the club.

Oleg Shandruk’s team planned to hold nine sparring matches at the training session – eight opponents are already known.

Veres sparring calendar in Turkey:

January 21: GKS Katowice (Katowice, Poland)
January 24: Gurnik (Zabrze, Poland)
January 29: Vardar (Skopje, North Macedonia)
February 2: Unity (Bielo Polje, Montenegro)
February 8: Kaisar (Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan)
February 10: Nasaf (Karshi, Uzbekistan)
February 13: RFSH (Riga, Latvia)
February 13: Petrocub (Hinchesti, Moldova)

“We tried to find strong opponents with different styles of football. All sparring partners are representatives of the elite divisions of the championships of their countries. There are also participants of the autumn part of the European Cup season. There is still one window left for sparring — February 4th. We are currently negotiating with a potential opponent,” he said sports director of the club Yuriy Gabovda.

Veres, which is in ninth place in the UPL, will go to Turkey on January 16.
