Rennes defender Alidou Seydoux will not be able to help his team until the end of this season, according to the press service of the club.

The 24-year-old messenger was injured in the match of the last round of the French League 1 against Lille (0:1), when he was replaced in the 18th minute.

After a medical examination, it became known that he had ruptured the cruciate ligaments of his left knee.

This season, Seydoux played 11 matches in which he did not perform productively.

After 12 rounds, Rennes have 11 points and are only 15th in Ligue 1.
