“The invaders launched one missile and 50 air strikes, used one missile and dropped 126 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the Russians deployed 3,988 kamikaze drones and fired 2,711 attacks on the positions of our troops and population centers,” the summary reads as of 10:00 p.m.
More than a quarter of the battles were recorded in the Pokrovsky direction in the Donetsk region.
“Since the beginning of the day, in the Pokrovsky direction, Russian units have tried to break through Ukrainian defenses 28 times in the areas of the settlements of Ivanivka, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Chervyn Liman, Pankivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Novoeconomichne, Zvirove, Kotline, Molodetske, and in the direction of the settlements of Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka. Three combat clashes continue until now,” the message stated.
Battles also continued in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk, South-Slobozhansk, Kupyansk, Lymansk, Slovyansk, Kostiantynovsk, Oleksandrivsk, Gulyaipil, Orichiv and Prydniprovsk directions.
Earlier, the General Staff reported that Ukrainian forces liberated 182.8 square kilometers on the territory of the Pokrovsky district of the Donetsk region, and another 230.1 square kilometers were cleared from the enemy’s DGR.
British intelligence has reiterated that Pokrovsk is likely to remain a priority for Russia, with the largest share of Russian attacks there compared to the rest of the front line.
