“Regarding the victory plan, I will discuss all the details with the US president, because mostly decisions about the plan depend on him, but also on other allies. The entire plan is designed for quick decisions by our partners, for decisions that should be made between October and December. And not to drag out these processes – we would very much like that. Then we believe that the plan will work,” he said during a joint briefing with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

As the President’s Office announced the day before, Volodymyr Zelenskyi will visit the United States of America next week, where he will meet with US President Joe Biden and present him with a victory plan. Zelensky expects to discuss the details of this plan.
The Ukrainian president also plans meetings with US Vice President Kamala Harris, representatives of the US Congress from both parties and the 45th US President Donald Trump.
