Sanctions against Boguslaev Jr. provide for temporary blocking of assets-that is, a ban on using and disposing of property directly or through intermediaries.
Restrictions on trade operations, participation in privatization, public procurement, prohibition of technology transfer, conclusion of transactions and payment of dividends are also introduced.
In particular, sanctions against Boguslaev contain:
- termination of flights, transportation and transit of resources through Ukraine
- Preventing the withdrawal of funds abroad
- termination of permitting documents, in particular for the use of subsoil
- Prohibition of privatization
- Prohibition of public procurement
- Prohibition of securities transactions
- Prohibition of capital increase
- termination of trade agreements, joint projects and industrial programs
- termination of exchange, cooperation, educational and sports contact
- cancellation of visits and negotiations on the conclusion of agreements.
- Prohibition on the acquisition of land plots.
The same sanctions were imposed against the former MP Igor Mosiychuk.
Sanctions against Rostislav Shaposhnikov site were also imposed on the founder of the Road Control site.
Prehistory:
- On May 22, the Security Service of Ukraine announced the arrest of the assets of the son of the Expatient “Motor Sich” Vyacheslav Boguslaev – Alexander, who together with his father appears in the case of theft of assets of an industrial giant, worth more than UAH 500 million.
- On May 2, it became known that Alexander Boguslaev was detained in Monaco. According to the investigation, he legalized in the territory of France and Monaco in the criminal way funds worth more than $ 650 million.
- Currently, Vyacheslav Boguslaev, Motor Sich, is in a pre -trial detention center, and he rejects all charges.
