Details: Maria Vitushok has been in charge of the Office of the President since July 9, 2021. Before that, she worked in OP since 2015.

Vitushok received her higher education at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University (master’s degree in international economic relations). In the early 2000s, she worked in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
By Decree No. 862/2024, the president also assigned diplomatic ranks to two more OP employees. Thus, the diplomatic rank of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador was granted to the head of the State Protocol and Ceremonial Service of the Office of the President, Ruslan Kurochenko.
At the same time, Maria Marchenko, deputy head of the Department for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the OP, was awarded the diplomatic rank of extraordinary and plenipotentiary second-class envoy.
In addition, the head of state conferred diplomatic ranks on a number of ambassadors of Ukraine abroad and employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In particular, the ambassador to Switzerland, Irina Venediktova, and the head of the press department of the Department of Public Diplomacy and Communications of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were awarded the diplomatic ranks of extraordinary and plenipotentiary envoys of the second class.
