President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed new heads of 8 district state administrations of Kyiv by his orders.

The direct language of Tkachenko: “We have an upgrade of management in most areas of Kiev. From tomorrow, newly appointed heads begin work. The expectations of Kyivans are clear: specific actions, not paper activity … We start in the morning. Work should be noticeable for residents in the shortest possible time.”

• in Holosiivskyi district – Sofia Dunaevskaya;
• in Darnytskyi district – Alexander Kovtunov;
• in Desnyanskiy district – Maxim Bakhmatov;
• in Dniprovsky district – Andriy Paladiy;
• in Podilskyi district – Vladimir Konechny;
• in Svyatoshinsky district – George Zantaray;
• in Solomenskyi district – Sergey Mosenko;
• in Shevchenkivskyi district – Alexander Sazanovich.

According to open data, Vladimir Konechny, who was appointed head of the Podilskyi district state administration is an associate professor at the Kyiv National University of Culture and Art.

Serhiy Momoenko, who was appointed chairman of the Solomensk district state administration worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the first deputy chairman in the Volyn Regional State Administration.

The new head of the Dniprovsky district state administration Andriy Paladiy worked at the Ministry of Youth and Sports and in the ARMA.

The new head of the Shevchenkiv RSA Oleksandr Sazanovich worked as a deputy head of the Obolon District State Administration.

The Holosiivska Regional State Administration was headed by Sophia Dunaevskaya Sofia, who since 2019 was the head of the Holosiivsky District State Administration apparatus.
