Vereshchuk announced the submission to the Committee of the Council of the Bill with changes in the passage of the VLK

Presidential Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Irina Vereshchuk stated that the Verkhovna Rada will be registered in the Defense Committee of the Verkhovna Rada in the near future with changes to the passage of VLK limited by suitable persons.

As she wrote in a telegram, it is about two important things:

• The term for the mandatory passage of the VLK continue for another four months, ie the last time to postpone to the beginning of June 2025
• The obligation to undergo VLK does not apply to limited persons up to 25 years

She called on the People’s Deputies to support this bill.

According to Vereshchuk, today over a million limited suitable have not yet passed the appropriate medical examinations. In particular, because they did not receive calls to the VLK or cannot receive them in the CCC through the queues. Therefore, it is unrealistic to pass so many people through February 4, she stated.

The other day, in a commentary on the Radio Liberty, the Committee Members from “European Solidarity”, Irina Friz, reported that the Committee is considering the extension of the VLK limited – they planned to amend the law. However, they will be approved no earlier than February 5 – that is, when the possibility of passing the VLK, as the law envisages.

On February 5, the term of the man with the status of “restricted” had to go through the VLK. The shopping center publicly insisted that men should personally come to the centers of staffing and take the VLK. Instead, lawyers, referring to the provisions of the law, claim that the initiative here should be precisely for the CCC – that is, to direct the centers of staff. In the event that a person who has a restricted status does not go away by February 5, the re -VLK, they will be fined.
