Ukrainian Defense Ministry Introduces Appointment System for Military Centers

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has announced a new feature in the mobile app “Reserve+” that allows users to schedule visits to Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCK and SP) starting March 9. This initiative aims to streamline the process for military personnel, recruits, and reservists, reducing the need for long waiting times.

With the new electronic queue system, users can select a convenient date and time for their appointments directly from their smartphones. This improvement is designed to enhance the efficiency of visits, as it minimizes crowding at the centers.

Users will also receive push notifications as reminders for their scheduled appointments, further facilitating the process. A spokesperson from the Ministry noted, “This service not only aids users but also helps TCK and SP staff better manage their workloads, leading to more organized and transparent operations.”

Importantly, appointments made through the “Reserve+” app hold the same legal validity as those booked via the electronic queue website.

Understanding the “ВОС 999” Designation in “Reserve+”

Additionally, the Ministry has clarified the meaning of the “ВОС 999” designation within the app. This label indicates that the individual requires basic military training and is assigned to those who have not completed military service or training exercises. As a result, these individuals lack a confirmed military specialty in the registry.

The designation serves as an informational status, indicating the need for special training rather than determining immediate deployment eligibility in case of mobilization or conscription.
