In the Dnipro district of Kyiv, as a result of the fall of UAV debris, the exterior cladding of the polyclinic building caught fire. There is also damage to neighboring houses, the mayor of the city, Vitaliy Klitschko, said.

“The fire on the facade of the polyclinic building in the Dnipro district was extinguished. Also, the wall of the institution building was damaged, the windows were broken, and the trees in the yard were broken. The guard of the institution was injured. He was hospitalized,” he wrote in a telegram.

Also, according to Klitschko, debris from a Russian UAV fell on the territory of one of the infrastructure facilities in the Svyatoshyn district of the capital.

In the evening of November 28, the movement of Russian attack drones was recorded in several regions of Ukraine, the Air Command reports. In particular, Russian UAVs are over Kyiv. Earlier, Vitaliy Klitschko reported on the work of air defense.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
