“The existing tariff makes it possible to financially balance the market. That’s why there are no plans to raise the tariff today,” Galushchenko said.
“I don’t see any prerequisites (for promotion – ed.). Unless the level of destruction will be such that they will simply not be able to sustain it physically. For example, Ukrenergo is a tariff organization, it does all the restoration with its own funds. Therefore, it should already be like this global destruction to raise this issue,” Galushchenko noted.
He also confirmed that tariffs for gas and its distribution will remain in effect.

The electricity tariff for the population from June 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025 is UAH 4.32/kWh. It works for consumers of multi-apartment and private buildings, dormitories, garden associations, summer cottages, and garage cooperatives.
During the heating period (from October 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025), a preferential tariff is provided for consumers who use electric heating installations: when consuming up to 2,000 kWh – 2.64 UAH/kWh for the entire volume, when consuming more than 2,000 kWh – 4.32 UAH/kWh for the entire volume.
“Night rate” with a two-zone meter installed is UAH 2.16/kW*h.
