Details: According to Bloomberg, in addition to an invitation to NATO membership and arms supplies, the “victory plan” also provides a clear path to Ukraine’s membership in the European Union and “other economic and security arrangements.”

Zelensky is expected to present a detailed version of the plan to Biden when they meet in Washington on September 26. He also wants to introduce him to presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
Earlier, Zelensky revealed that the plan consists of four points on strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities “plus one that we need after the war.”
The head of state also said that the “victory plan” is designed for decisions to be made in October-December 2024.
