Details: It is noted that Biden’s announcement became part of a statement on a sharp increase in security assistance for Ukraine.
Earlier in September, it became known that the first group of Ukrainian pilots began theoretical training on F-16 fighter jets in Romania, and may proceed to practical training in the next few months.
