Some of them were directed against transgender servicemen and their families, which is in line with the efforts of Trump’s administration to release transgender servicemen from the Armed Forces.
Despite the widespread opposition of Republicans to providing military assistance to Ukraine, the defense policy company provides for the allocation of $ 400 million to the Pentagon initiative to assist Ukraine in the field of security. The Chamber of Representatives rejected Margor Taylor Green’s proposal to reduce funding for Ukraine, both Republicans and Democrats voted against.
The legislators also added to the Pentagon to report to Congress if the administration plans to cancel or suspend military assistance to Ukraine approved by Congress. It looks like an attempt to restore supervisory powers after the Ministry of Defense has decided to suspend the supply of assistance to Ukraine without notifying the legislators.
