Details: The Bologna Court of Appeal had a hearing, at which the detainee stated that he did not agree to the issue of Germany.

There was an English -speaking translator in the hall, but the detainee stated that he was not well -versed in English and needs a translator in Ukrainian or Russian. The judge ordered to find such a translator.
In the end, the court confirmed Kuznetsov’s detention. The next hearing will take place on September 3, at which the decision will be made to issue it to Germany.
