Details: The SBU argues that everything happens “solely within the limits and manner provided by the legislation, in particular Article 37 of the Law on State Secrets.
That preceded: The Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office reported on July 21 on the SBU inspection. The department stated that the check is done without the warning provided for by law, and now the SBU has access to information about all unspoken and operational measures, as well as special operations conducted by NABU and SAP.
NABU stated that the searches, which in the morning of July 21, conduct the SBU in the bureau, relate to 15 NABU employees and pass without court resolutions. Most people are charged with participation in road accidents, and some are possible connections with Russia.
