According to the case materials, during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he acquired unsubstantiated assets worth more than a million US dollars, while the official did not show the relevant property in his declaration and issued it to his wife, daughter, sons and other third parties.
As the investigation established, during the years 2022-2024, the suspect purchased:
- a private house in Obukhiv district, Kyiv region;
- two apartments in Kyiv;
- an apartment in Odessa;
- two plots of land in Obukhiv district of Kyiv region;
- cars BMW X7 2024, 2022, BMW X5 2023, BMW X3 2022
Currently, a notice of suspicion is being prepared for the suspect under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – Art. 368-5 (illegal enrichment) and Art. 366-2 (declaration of false information).
The issue of choosing a preventive measure and imposing a seizure on the official’s assets is being resolved.
The SBU message does not specify the name of the detainee, but it is known that Oleg Druz is the chief psychiatrist of the SBU.
The agency notes that this detention took place with the assistance of Defense Minister Rustem Umyerov and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi.
