Details: According to the case file, this high-ranking official with a deployment in the city of Dnipro coordinates the activities of the bureau in the frontline regions of Ukraine (Dniprovsk and Zaporizhia), at the same time, law enforcement officers claim that he supports contacts with the aggressor country and agreed with representatives of the Russian Economy Sector.

In particular, Ruslan Magamenedrasulov acted as a mediator of sales to the Republic of Dagestan (RF) of the batches of technical hemp, the illegal cultivation of which was organized by his father-entrepreneur-Sentyabr Magamedrasulov. In this way, he helps his father to keep illegal trade with the Russian Federation and harm Ukraine, considers the investigation.
It is also stated that during the investigation it was found that the Bureau High official had close contact with the People’s Deputy from the forbidden Party of the IPF Fyodor Khristenko, who fled the country and cooperates with Russian special services and influences NABU.
The intelligence service stated that during the pre -trial investigation, it was also found that Ruslan Magamedrasulov’s father – September – has a Russian citizenship, but the NABU high -ranking official did not indicate this fact during the registration of state secret, which violated the law.
As for the mother of the suspect – Irina Magamedrasulova, she lives in Kiev, but receives a pension in the so -called. “DNR” and publishes pro-Russian comments on social networks, in particular in groups with Z-symbols. The SBU says that they have evidence that in conversations she actively supports Putin’s war against Ukraine and justifies the military crimes of the Russians.
Information is currently being checked about Ruslan Magamedrasulov’s contacts with Russian special services and transmit secret information to them, including the investigation of cases.

That preceded: On July 21, it became known that in different regions of Ukraine there are about 80 searches, as the Security Service of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General are conducting a special operation to “neutralize Russian influence on NABU”.
NABU noted that investigative actions occur without court order.
