Verbatim OVA: “Enemy Shaheds attacked the objects of the energy system. The settlements of Konotop, Okhtyr and Sumy districts were damaged.
Objects of critical infrastructure – water utilities, hospitals and others – are connected to backup power systems.”
Details: It is reported that air defense forces shot down 16 Shaheds over the territory of the region.
Emergency crews are currently conducting restoration work, OVA concluded.
