Details: On October 2, the Halytsky District Court of Lviv arrested Stakhiv for two months. Subsequently, on November 28, the court continued the arrest of the blogger, but allowed him to be released on bail of 908,000 hryvnias. Supporters of Stakhiv immediately announced a fundraiser, they collected the required amount in less than a week.

Prehistory:
- During the Covid-19 pandemic, Ostap Stakhiv organized rallies against quarantine and vaccination, and called the pandemic itself fake. At the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, he switched to the fight against mobilization: he called the subpoenas illegal and claimed that the TCC was kidnapping and torturing people.
