Law enforcement officers detained the organizers of the schemes that helped the servicemen leave their place of service and leave for European countries. According to the investigation, an equipment officer of the Armed Forces, who is a person involved in the case of the fictitious service of the deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Marianna Kiziyarova, organized the equipment.

According to the case file, he organized an escape directly from the part for some servicemen. Two civilians who were responsible for financial calculation and direct transportation of clients assisted him.

In one of the episodes, the defendants organized an escape to a serviceman of one of the Kamyansky district of Dnipropetrovsk. The officer’s accomplice assured the client that the escape would be “without consequences” and a full package of services will cost $ 14,000.

On September 9, another participant of the scheme arrived in the military to the part and already went to the Dnieper with him. In the city of a soldier, he transferred some of the payment in the amount of $ 7,000. He had to give the rest before leaving Europe. The service also included assistance with the illegal crossing of the border. In addition, the defendants instructed the military that, after getting abroad, he should contact the local police and register as a refugee.

Law enforcement officers were prevented by law enforcement.

According to the investigation, Darmin is the main person involved in this scheme. The officer was one of those who helped the deputy of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Kiziarov fictitiously to serve (for an audio published by law enforcement officers, he is asked to be enrolled, but to release the “fighter” -ed.).

After this incident, the command removed him from office and reduced from Lieutenant Colonel to Major. The court found him guilty of awards in evasion of military service and the waste of someone else’s property and, given the repentance, imposed a penalty for 3 years.

At the same time, after these events, he did not stop, but continued his criminal activity.

The officer was detained in one of the Dnieper gambling establishments, where he regularly spent leisure. During the search, he was seized $ 3.8 thousand, which he had not yet lost to lose this evening.

Within the framework of the pre -trial investigation, the DBR employees installed an eyewitness that confirmed information about business on the export of servicemen and gave revealed shows to the officer. Therefore, now the major and his accomplice are suspected of obstructing the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces and other military formations.

In addition, all three were suspected in the absence in desertion (Part 5 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 408 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to 12 years.

The issue of election of a pre -trial detention officer is currently being resolved without the possibility of bail.
