“The Netherlands will provide a package of American weapons (including components to Patriot systems and missiles) worth 500 million euros. This will help Ukraine to protect itself and the rest of Europe from Russian aggression,” he added.
The Minister of Defense of the Netherlands did not specify other details and timing of military assistance.
Earlier, he confirmed his country’s willingness to co -finance the supply of additional Patriot systems for Ukraine.
Germany stated last week that it would put two Patriot Air Defense systems to Ukraine after reaching the US Agreement that Berlin would be the first in turn to receive new systems instead of transferred.
