“There can be no alternative to peace, no freezing of the war or any other manipulations that will simply move Russian aggression to another stage””, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org

The Ukrainian victory plan has already been fully prepared. All its points and key points have been worked out, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said in an evening video message on September 18.

“There is and cannot be any alternative to peace, any freezing of the war or any other manipulations that will simply move Russian aggression to another stage. We need reliable and long-term security for Ukraine, and therefore for all of Europe,” the president said.

Zelensky added that the most important thing now is the determination to implement it.

Earlier, in August, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke for the first time about the victory plan. The Ukrainian leader planned to present it to his American colleague Joe Biden, as well as to US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump at the end of September.

On September 16, the head of the Ukrainian state emphasized that “the victory plan is already 90% ready.” According to him, the plan will be presented to the allies next week.

Zelenskyi also noted that “the plan consists of five points – four main points and one that must be implemented after the end of the war.”

On September 17, the US ambassador to the UN, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, reported that the US has already familiarized itself with the victory plan of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi. Thomas-Greenfield expressed hope that “some progress can be made to end the war.”
