The Ministry of Finance explained that withAconoratory changes in the elements of a simplified tax system will begin to be processed only after the preconditions for such a reform have been fulfilled – not earlier than a year of the next one in which measures for the safety of data use and access to information on the volume and circulation of taxpayers’ funds in their accounts will be considered.
As noted in the department, tsThe process will take place publicly and will need discussions with the public, business and all branches of the authorities, as well as with the involvement of international partners. Only after public discussions will the legislative changes be considered and approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
