The system was launched by the Ministry of Community and Territories for ensuring sustainable logistics, cargo transportation and humanitarian aid. At the same time, the Ministry of Community and Territories is not a profile body that forms and implements humanitarian aid policy. Such a policy is formed by the Ministry of Social Policy, which, on behalf of the Government, together with the Ministry of Defense will work out the issue of traveling abroad for humanitarian cargoes of servicemen. ”
Details: It is noted that the government has instructed the Ministry of Social Policy, which is forming a policy in the field of humanitarian aid, together with the Ministry of Defense to develop a mechanism for departure on humanitarian cargoes of military men.
That preceded: According to the results of the Cabinet of Ministers, on February 25, amendments to Resolution No. 57, which concerned the traveling abroad of drivers departing for humanitarian and medical goods, were approved.
According to these changes, the departure of such drivers will be possible on general grounds, and not on registration in the “Path” system.
Therefore, drivers who follow medical and humanitarian cargo must have other resolution No. 57, the grounds for crossing the border, since the Ministry of Community and Territories and Regional Military Administrations will not bring drivers to the “Path” system.
That is, those who are expelled from military accounting can cross the border, have 3 children, or other legal grounds for crossing the border.
Additionally: According to the State Border Guard Service, which was voiced by its spokesman Andriy Demchenko, drivers who crossed the border of Ukraine by humanitarian or medical loads were a small percentage of all men crossing the border for departure – about 3%. In the first place – 50% – drivers who are carrying out international transportation, and for which the system “Way” was created, the system itself was created.
