Details: According to the investigation, the organization of the specified scheme involves the heads of one of the Kiev medical clinics, which provides services in the field of reproductive medicine, as well as a group of persons who searched for women in Ukraine for the decoration of fictitious marriages with foreigners and participation in programs of surrogate motherhood.
The total amount of cash received by participants in the equipment was about $ 50,000, of which the fee for the organization of artificial insemination was $ 15,000. And the services of fictitious marriage with foreigners – from $ 1-1.5 thousand.
On April 24, the Kyiv Local Prosecutor’s Office # 6 together with the employees of the National Police of Special Operations at the addresses of the persons, offices, clinics and cars conducted 11 searches, during which medical documentation, passports of Ukrainian citizens and copies of passports of foreign countries, power, power, power, power of Records and flash media.
In the course of investigative actions, the addresses of apartments were established, where newborns were kept to resolve the issue of their movement across the border.
Thus, in the apartment of a hostel type in the territory of Solomenskiy district of the capital, law enforcement officers found 5 newborns aged 2 to 6 weeks, who were under the supervision of two women and a man.
Babies were sent to children’s hospitals in Kyiv.
At the moment, law enforcement officers analyze the seized documentation and check about 140 foreign citizens for involvement in the illegal movement of children abroad.
