The meeting was attended by a business representative Vladimir Tsoi and the head of the Kai Anton Skibinsky Student Council. Both had an advisory voice in the competition.

At the end of July, Kai announced a competition for president. Among the requirements are integrity, free ownership of Ukrainian and experience of governing, pedagogical or scientific work.
