We will remind, on February 19 Special Representative of the United States for Ukraine and Russia Cat Kelloggus came to Kiev for the first time during his stay in this position.
Before that, on February 18, American and Russian delegations were negotiating in Saudi Arabia, and French President Emmanuel Macron twice collected some of the European countries for emergency meeting regarding European security and further support of Ukraine.
