The chairman of the committees believe that the text of the bill in its original form would not be supported in the parliamentary hall. They recalled that the Parliament did not start the drafting in the hall.
At the same time, the heads of the committees spoke in defense of the bill №13260concerning the responsibility of servicemen for unauthorized abandonment of part and desertion.
