- On July 16, President Volodymyr Zelensky directed the submission to the Verkhovna Rada for approval of Denis Shmigal’s expremier for the post of Minister of Defense.
- On July 17, the Verkhovna Rada voted for the appointment of the Prime Minister of exvabital Yulia Sviridenko. 262 MPs voted in favor.
- The Verkhovna Rada also supported 253 votes in the appointment of 13 new ministers to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
