At the same time, at the last court hearing in the case of vegetables, it turned out that Drozdov, which had not repeatedly appeared to court, went to Turkey (as she claims – for treatment).
In particular, on September 16, the Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv had to take place another court hearing. The defendant filed a petition, in which she reported that she had left for Turkey for treatment and in connection with “fears for her own life because of martial law.” Drozdova stated that she wanted to participate in court hearing. The woman provided a housing lease in Antalya for a year.
During the last court hearing, the prosecutor requested that the forced reason was applied to it, but the court refused. Therefore, at the next court hearing, the prosecutor in court will again file a request for the announcement of the defendant and his arrest, the prosecutor’s office stressed.
At the same time, in August 2025, the same head of the Department of Education of the Dnieper RSA was suspected in another criminal proceedings – after a funding in the seizure of budget money organized by an organized group of persons during the purchase of generators for shelters in educational institutions.
In this case, Drozdov on the challenges of investigators and prosecutors, as well as a meeting where she had to choose a measure of restraint. On August 17, on the eve of the court hearing, she left Ukraine.
Therefore, on August 26, 2025, in criminal proceedings for the purchase of generators, she was wanted for detention for compulsory reason for the court to elect a pre -trial detention.
The Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv gave permission to detain the suspect and his occasion in court.
Prehistory:
- In 2023, officials of the Dniprovsky District State Administration of Kyiv Olga Drozdova reported suspicion of wasting 300 thousand state -owned councils on shelter. Later, Drozdova updated the suspicion: the amount of losses caused increased to almost 460 thousand UAH.
