On Monday, March 24, the Constitutional Court of South Korea rejected the impeachment of the Prime Minister Khan Dak SU, restoring him as the President’s duties.

Details: The publication notes that eight judges rejected the khan’s impeachment with 5 votes against 1. Two judges voted for a complete deviation of the impeachment.

The decision was made three months after the National Assembly declared impeachment to the Prime Minister, who was the President’s acting for less than two weeks.
