Six National Guard officials were removed from the posts

Six officials of the field of logistics of the National Guard of Ukraine were removed from the performance of duties.

Details: It is noted that an official investigation is appointed. The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that they provide full assistance to investigative actions and support the openness of the process. The details are not disclosed.

Earlier, ZN.UA sources in law enforcement agencies reported searches on May 9-10 in a number of officials of the National Guard.

According to them, detectives of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau conduct searches within the case opened under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

• Part 5 of Art. 191 (appropriation, misappropriation of property or seizure by abuse of office);
• Part 3 of Art. 209 (legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime);
• Part 3 and Part 4 of Art. 368 (acceptance of a proposal, promise or receipt of undue benefit by an official).

According to journalists, NABU detectives came home to:

• Commander of the National Guard of Brigade General Alexander Pivnenko;
• Director of the Department of Logistics of the Colonel NSU NSU Sergey Gritsenko;
• Director of the Department of Logistics of the Colonel NSU NSU Nicholas Modlin;
• Deputy Director of the Department of Logistics – Head of the Department of Automobile and Armored Technology Alexander Kalatinets;
• Head of the Department of Colonel’s Preservation and Capbudivism Denis Hanaz;
• the head of the central base of production and technological configuration of NSU (Kyiv) Colonel Vladimir Fedorovsky.

The searches also take place in the office premises of the central base of providing the GU NSU.

Literally: “According to the investigation, the commander of the National Guard, with other officials, could receive a bribe of UAH 190 million. The suspects could receive funds for the assistance of contracting and recognition by the winners of specific entrepreneurs during the purchase RAV-4 2023 and non-residential room of more than 70 square meters in Kiev. ”

Details: In addition, the searches of Gritsenko, Kalatinets, as well as the deputy commander of the NSU Brigadna General Alexander Bilous, take place in the framework of another case opened under Part 5 of Art. 191 and Part 2 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code.

In this case, the investigation received information that these officials may have consulted with LLC “BP Exim World Defense” and spent UAH 199 million in money from the National Guard. In particular, according to the investigation, the defendants are suspected of purchasing at high prices of tracked armored personnel carriers of the FV series.
