Since April 1, updated workers’ reservation rules have been in place: what has changed

On April 1, only companies that have already updated criticality according to new requirements will continue to book their specialists. Reservations that were drawn up according to the old rules will lose.

The press service of the Ministry of Economy reports.

That changes:

• Completion of the duration of the bookings, designed by the old system.
• Restoration of the standard regime of consideration of applications for workers for critical enterprises (within 72 hours).
• Booking will be available exclusively to companies that have received criticality under new rules.

Businesses that have not had time to update the status are required:

Update the status of your company’s criticality under the new procedure (instruction here).

After confirming the new critical status, reserve workers again.

If your employee already has an active booking, you must first cancel it.

The Ministry of Economy reminded that All bookings are carried out exclusively in electronic format through the “Action” portal. No paper documents or orders need to be prepared.

On February 28, the Cabinet of Ministers amended the order of booking the military in Ukraine during mobilization and wartime.

On March 4, the Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to the booking of military operators and internet service workers to allow operators to ensure the stability of the Internet and mobile communications, especially during the Deconction.
