Prime Minister Denis Shmigal has filed a resignation application.

Recall: The resignation of the premiere automatically entails the release of the whole government. Article 10 of the Law on Martial Law contains a rule on the impossibility of termination of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers during martial law.
