Schmigal replied that Ukraine is now “final details with our American colleagues” and that the first Viceremier, Yulia Sviridenko, has already flew to the United States.
According to him, it will be a “Equal International Agreement on Joint Investments in the Development and Restoration of Ukraine”.
“As soon as all the final details have been finalized, in the near future, I hope that in the next day, the agreement will be signed. And, accordingly, we will get the first step,” Shmigal said.
“The fundamental moments are all agreed, the government has processed the text of the agreement. In fact, at the moment the approval of the main ministries has already been collected, so the government is technically ready at any time, as soon as the final information from our colleagues from Washington, approve this agreement and we will be ready to sign it,” he added.
The prime minister detailed that two more “technical” agreements should be signed after the investment fund and its financing.
