In order to achieve the goals of NABU and SAP investigations, they do not comment on the course and results of investigative actions in their criminal proceedings.
NABU and SAP inform the society solely about the results of the investigation at the stage where investigators and prosecutors in cases have sufficient evidence to notify persons about suspicion. ”
Details: The department emphasized that the very fact of conducting investigative actions does not indicate the guilt of persons. Such actions are part of the process of verifying and collecting evidence that can both confirm and refute the commission of a crime or involvement of individuals.
The results of the investigation in the mentioned proceedings and the subsequent procedural decisions of the SAP and NABU promise to be reported officially as soon as sufficient evidence will be collected.

- On May 12, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that six officials of logistics of the National Guard of Ukraine were removed from the performance of duties.
- Earlier, ZN.UA sources in law enforcement agencies reported searches on May 9-10 in a number of officials of the National Guard.
- According to journalists, NABU detectives came home to the National Guard Commander of the Brigade General Alexander Pivnenko; Director of the Department of Logistics of the Colonel NSU NSU Sergey Gritsenko; Director of the Department of Logistics of the Colonel NSU NSU Nicholas Modlin; Deputy Director of the Department of Logistics – Head of the Department of Automobile and Armored Technology Alexander Kalatinets; Head of the Department of Colonel’s Preservation and Capbudivism Denis Hanaz; the head of the central base of production and technological configuration of NSU (Kyiv) Colonel Vladimir Fedorovsky.
- Zn.ua noted that law enforcement officers were investigating a bribery case. The persons involved allegedly could receive UAH 190 million in bribery for the assistance of the procurement contracts for the central base of the National Guard production and technological equipment. It is about obtaining a Toyota RAV-4 car and a non-residential premises of more than 70 m² in Kiev.
