Details: According to Dmitriev, American negotiations did not make direct promises to their Russian colleagues.

CNN, citing sources, writes that the Kremlin suggested that Dmitriev focus on the restoration of economic bindings between the US and Russia while both parties try to conclude a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine.
