In the evening of November 11, Russia carried out a missile attack on Kharkiv, said the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov.

“The blows fell on two districts of the city – Kholodnohirskyi and Novobavarskyi. Information about the victims has not been received at this time. The places of arrival are inspected by the employees of the relevant services,” he said.

Subsequently, Terekhov clarified that “previously, the city was hit by a ballistic missile and a Grom-1E hybrid missile.”

Oleg Synegubov, the head of the OVA, in his turn reported that “according to preliminary data, there is an enemy attack in the Kholodnohirskyi district of Kharkiv.”

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
