Analysts of the Institute of War Study indicate that despite the efforts of Russian ruler Vladimir Putin to demonstrate Russia’s readiness for negotiations with the United States, the Russian Federation continues to demonstrate deepening relations with American opponents.

Details: Secretary of the Security Council Sergei Shoigu held a separate meeting with the President of the People’s Republic of the People’s Republic of Ukraine and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in Beijing on February 28 to discuss bilateral security, as well as international and regional issues.
