RF strike by Sumy: The number of dead increased to four

The State Emergency Service noted that search and rescue work is ongoing.

Ova reported that in the house where there was a hit, five apartments on four floors, 12 balconies were destroyed, and more than 80 windows and balconies were damaged. More than 20 cars were also damaged.

According to the city council, electric, water and heat supply were switched off in the affected house, and there is no gas in one entrance.

On the night of January 30, local authorities reported that in Sumy the drone hit a multi -storey building.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
