One source added that the European Commission proposes to impose sanctions against more than 50 individuals and legal entities, including five in China, as well as 31 companies that assist the Russian military or involved in bypassing the sanctions.

Earlier, it became known that the 17th package of sanctions of the European Union against Russia will be prepared for the EU Council meeting in foreign affairs, which will take place in May 2025.
