Thus, Trump’s order does not affect contracts for the manufacture of weapons for Ukraine under the program “Ukrainian Security Assistance Initiative” (USAI), concluded during the administration of Joe Biden.

On his first day as US president, Trump signed an executive order suspending all foreign aid programs for 90 days to determine whether they meet his political goals.
